"E-book reader app" for android & iPhone using Adobe AIR

I want Adobe AIR app which reads files as an e-book reader
for iPhone app and Android app.
I ask you to develop this app using Flash because
I do not want to have 2 types of apps (Objective-c and Java made)
If I've got Air app,I would be able to use it both for android & iPhone.
The app you are going to develop will be submitted for android market & Appstore
Please make sure it will be carried out properly for them.

1.At first, E-book reader app does not have any contents,
I want to add contents(such as PDF) via "flash cs5" or other developing software.
Once contents file is added, app's library shows files title.
then those files can be read by touching title in the library on the screen.
2.Bookmark
Once those files are read,
next time, those files have to restart where the user stop reading before.
3.Page turning right to left with Flip Effect
I do not want the file goes from the top to the bottom.
I want contents to go right to left like reading real book.
4.Zoom in and out
I want user can easily zoom in and out.
5.The app should be every device compatible.
There are many kind of mobile phone or other devices to download this app.(especially Android apps)
I want every device display app uniformly
6.Source code need to be delivered.
