on approval of Phase 1, we will begin Business Card and Letterhead design. We expect 10 samples of each to be submitted for further refinement. Please anticipate 3 rounds of design refinement at a minimum, each time reducing the number of submissions. For this process I would suggest 10/3/1 (with possibly 2-3 iterations on the final).
