Google Map API for Large Database
Required skills: Cartography & Maps, Google App Engine, Javascript, jQuery / Prototype, MySQL
I apologize for the reposting. The first project was for multiple mobile apps and a ineractive map. This will be soley for the interactive map. I have attached a rough sketch-up of the project to this posting. This map will be posted on Wordpress. I have a web designer that will be a part of this project.
I currently have about 5k-15k data points for the map in my database. These POI's belong to several different industries. Please keep in mind that the database will continue to expand and must be able to accommodate large numbers of POIs. Most of the data points are in US, with some in UK and AUS. Future data points will be global. I will post another project on here to create the different icons that will be displayed for each type of point. Geocoding will be provided.There are 4 industries displayed on this map. 3 of the industries will have only a few types of data points in them. The last industry will have around 100 types of data points (website will display them accordion style using sub-categories to minimize confusion).

A collapsible/expandable info box that can display venue information. Mostly text (99% or so), but can also accommodate pictures and video if needed.
A small percentage of the venues will need to have a 'search by day' capability (so that you can click "monday" and only see venues open on monday).
Map should use a Google Map API so users can find directions, etc.
Any other questions please contact me (or consult the two files I uploaded. They will give you a good idea of what the project will look like in the end). I'm looking for a high quality designer (high quality feedback ratings and past projects preferred). You will have plenty of time to complete the project.

in my web application dynamically highlight Australia states and post code regions on a Google Map, based on click events.
My solution for this is to draw Polygons using Google Map API. For this I need lists of coordinates (which includes latitude and longitude) of all state and post code region outlines.

Real Estate website - Properties parsing - Google MAP API

Here's how it should work.
The map is displayed on the page. In JavaScript, we'll have a function that can update the map with a new Latitude and longitude, the map should update as explained above.
