I basically want the user to control the PDF Reader using the buttons *on the website*. I do NOT want the PDF to be controlled within the PDF Reader (the way Trapeze has their reader setup - when your mouse hovers over the PDF and the control buttons appear inside of the Reader).

The highest I can pay the Freelancer is $ 100 - but anything higher (not too high) can be negotiable.
