I am looking for an expert PHP developer to work with me on a full time basis, you will be paid a monthly salary of $ 600, you will be working on exciting and fun projects, large community type of websites etc.
Criteria:
1- Must be at an expert level in PHP and MySql
2- Must be able to write 100% clean codes that are easily scalable and can handle a large number of user data.
3- Experience with Larger community type of portals and social type of projects
4- Must provide sample work of large websites developed, so i can check the codes to make sure they are good.
5- Must be able to start work immediately, and must commit full time hours on specific projects to get them completed professionally.
6- Must work quickly and easily, should be able to think for themselves.
7- Whilst working on the project must provide me with daily updates of what is completed (failure to do so will terminate the job)
8- Must be online during work hours on Skype/ yahoo chat to communicate and discuss the project.
9- A good understanding of Web 2.0 is highly favorable

Payment terms:
No upfront payment will be paid.
Amount of 30% will be escrowed to get you started and will be released after 2 weeks of work
Amount of 30% will be further escrowed at the end of the month once work is complete
Amount of 40% will be escrowed and released once the website is being tested and is of good coding.
You must comply with the above payment agreement.
