ASP ORDER FORM WITH USA STATES MAP
Required skills: .NET, ASP, Microsoft, MySQL
I have an existing ASP order form and I need to have the MAP of the USA added with the states in IMAGE OR FLASH FORMAT. I sell a service and I need my customers to choose for which state it will be by clicking on the state on the MAP.
I would like to add the by state targeting feature to an existing order form. I will send you the link of the form as soon as you are chosen. Its a basic order form without which does not even use a database. Regular basic ASP order form which sends an email to the admin and then redirects to Paypal.
Functions to add to my existing order form:
- The visitors wil click on the state of his choice to have the traffic ordered from that state only
- The price displayed in the order form should increase by $ 5.00 per 1000 visitors ordered if the State targeting option is chosen.
Please let me know how much extra it would cost or IF you are able to integrate the coding in a FLASH file (for the USA MAP ONLY).
If you dont know how to design the FLASH then I can have it designed and send you the FLA files to code the ASP inside the flash. If know to do this in IMAGE format only, not FLASH, please specify.
Nice feedback comes at the end of this quick project.

I can do the CSS but the form is a bit over my head. It can be something which is working within VirtueMart or K2 module I don't care that much as long this is working!

Mail Chimp Integration with my ASP order form Page
rder form page and my customer registration form with mail chimp. The customer registration is just html / javascript. Whereas the order form is in asp classic.
i.e. we need to add a tick box that says the usual "tick here to join our newsletter". and it will use the email address, postal address etc etc to subscribe to a mail chimp list.

Changes To Custom Whmcs Order Form With Sliders
at template (it's not passed to it from the PHP script). Normally I would just mod the system to have that value passed; however, the PHP code for this system is encrypted with ioncube. As such, I cannot modify it. So, I had to hard code the min values into the template based on the product ID. It's a hack, but it was the only way to accomplish it.

Since I am integrating this with a Wordpress site, I would like to just simply have the ordering link open in a new pop up window that takes up about 1/2 of their screen, so they can still see our website. So it does not need to be integrated with Wordpress, HTML is fine.
