Joomla Virtuemart with Filtering Modifications

It's the Customization of the Joomla virtuemart with the graphic searching / filtering options. The Joomla virtuemart is installed and have products there , just need customization and make it works. Here are some details
1. The product might have up to 10 attritubes like weight, color, material .....
2. For 2 Categories, we need advanced search or filtering with the presentation in graphic or checkbox (please refer to the attachment, it shows the filtering options for category 1 and category 2 )
For category 1, we have 12 options for the search filtering
For category 2, we have 9 options for the search filtering
It would be good if we can edit the filtering option in the admin panel and change the icon for the filtering options too.
Please ask me question if you are not sure about the details.

Integrate Virtuemart with ERP software
versa. Also if the price of an item is altered in erp software, i want to be altered in the virtuemart too. Generally, except from stock, i want the shared values of virtuemart and erp software to be controlled from erp. (export from erp and imported to virtuemart).
I 'm using joomla 1.5.26 with virtuemart 1.1.9 but it not a problem if you prefer joomla 2.5.4 and virtuemart 2.0.6.
Previous experience on this field is needed.

nstead of adding (+) or subtracting (-)amounts from the main product price, I need the attribute to be a multiple (X)of the main price.
For example, when you update a product and click on Product Status, you get a list of Attributes and their Properties and Price Differentials. VM allows me to add or subtract an amount, but I need to be able to multiply. So if I add *1 then the product price stays the same. Adding *2 will double the price and *.5 will make the price half.
