Facebook Fan Page- FBML Designer

I need a professional Facebook fan page customized for my personal account. We have all the designs created, but need a FBML expert to make the parts active. The link below shows the site I’m designing my page after.

My page will need to:
- Have an active clear entry page once the person clicks the like button
- Have a Video player
- Have a Video button
- Have a Gallery area that takes you to Photo screen
- Have a twitter link and tab to show what I am writing on twitter in real time
- Activate link of Coming soon tab
- Have the ability to interact with people (post new content, etc)
- upload the profile picture

Facebook Fan Page Graphics
k fan page. I already have sites that I want my page modelled on, as well as photos and optin code. All sample pages will be sent on approval of chosen designer. I just need this all put together in a profesional manner. For an experienced designer this should not be a long job. I would prefer someone that has experience designing facebook welcome tab pages. Also if there will be the possibility of extra work from others on my mailing list and facebook fan page if this is a good job.

The other two tabs are very simple; one would just be the fangate page that then resolves to the Timeline. The second would be a fangate page that resolves to a lead capture page with an Aweber form, that then resolves to the Timeline.
The Timeline page is created (graphics, etc are complete) I just need help with the tabs/apps.
