Flash Intro for a Joomla Site

I am looking to make a flash intro homepage for a joomla CMS site. I would like the Flash to look seamless as the user enters the website as if the site were coded all at once.
I work with many businesses and musicians and will be looking to make this on multiple sites (40+) over the next few years if the price is reasonable. Initially I am interested in viewing porfolios of similar projects and anyone who is interested in providing me a free intro for one of my sites. For those willing to provide a sample or complimentary intro flash page that is integrated with Joomla...they will be more likely to be chosen on this project and others in the future.
If you are not interested in prodiving any sample work please provide sometype of link where we can view your work.

In the 2nd part site of the flash there also need to be some options like when you have post you born date, then also before you puss the bottom, you need to pick what site you want to go to, like the Police or Militery site..
It have to match this site, that is our main site: www.euagamers.eu
Then we also need a new logo, I have add an image of our old logo, it needs to look something like that old logo. mabye better ;)

Flash intro for a restaurant
I need a flash intro for a restaurant. I will provide photos. I would like someone with experience with flash to design a 30 second intro. When it is loading the Flash should say "loading..." or something similar. There should also be an area for them to click if they want to skip the flash. You do not need to do any webdesign work because I do that. I just need a really nice 15 - 30 second flash intro for the site.

The logo have to come over zooming from far away, fading gradually over the movie to 100% opacity.
The backgroud color is known.

The animation have to start right away. If loading is required, a small "loading" icon is allowed.

We have a requirement for someone to design a PSD for a Joomla site for us, we will give you a reference site to use for ideas, and will give you the current site for content ideas.
This job will take probably 2hrs at the maximum, the design we need is really simple.

Flash intro for a website by emrahe
o for a website. Main concept is, parts of a clock come together and form a clock, then the clock turns into the company logo. The animation will be similar to the attached file.
