Small Directory Website - CMS + Google Map
Required skills: CMS, HTML, MySQL, PHP, Website Design
I'm looking to make something similar to solicito*rsinlon*don.co.uk (remove*), a small directory with google map integrated, a contact form to capture leads, categories, company pages... and all features you see there, except the payment system, we don't need that. The user can only login to post his company to be reviewed later and approved to be posted. I want this to have a back end/admin panel where our data entry guys can login and enter these companies info manually.. the whole website should be extremely SEO friendly. I don't want this to be built with any of the famous CMS(wordpress, joomla, drupal...) you either make a small simple cms from scratch for this or use a simple cms/script and base your work on it. these are all the major features, some small features will be detailed later.
I need this to be done as soon as possible, serious freelancers only please.

Small directory website in codeigniter

Single Header and footer (for easy updating)
All pages to have unique page title, clean urls (this includes pagination of listings).
All anchors to have title and all images to have alts tags.

Custom Google Map
Wordpress CMS, so if there are any technical implementation steps with that CMS, I'll need some tips on how to install the custom map there as well..
I've already attempted to create this map in Google's 'MyMaps' section, and it didn't meet my needs.. the maps I referenced above seem to be using a special version of Google's custom maps (maybe the KML version)

. I do not mind what platform you use. I think osDate, can be a good starting point to customize dating software. I like PHP / and MYSQL because it seems to be popular. However, I am open to suggestions also.

I need someone to find a way (script) to complete my file, using ZIP CODE, CITY and COUNTRY. There is around 20 000 places to find.
I will upload this data in my database later.
