Modify Brekeke SIP Server radius plugin

Hello,
We have a RADIUS plugin implementation of Brekeke's SIP server that was designed for Brekeke v1.5
Information about the plugin and Server can be found here:

We need a developer to perform the following:
1. Modify the Accounting Plugin in one of two ways:
a. Add an authentication packet before the accounting one and stop the session (call) from starting if the authentication fails.
b. Modify the code so that if the accounting calls return with an error the session (call) does not start.
2. Compile the plugin and test it on our already running linux servers. We would provider access to all the required software and hardware.
We need this because when we run traffic with IP authentication, the normal authentication radius plugin is not being used by the SIP server. However, for those IP authenticated users, we still need a way to stop the calls if they are out of balance.
The developer is required to be an expert in Java and Linux. Knowledge of SIP and RADIUS would be a plus.

ctically ready, it shouldn't take too long. It is possible to download an evaluation version from Brekeke's site and setup a full test environment on the developer's server before applying it on the live servers.
You can PM me for further clarifications, if necessary.

We need to create opensource SIP server solution with SRTP/TLS.
The overall solution needs to support TLS with SRTP connection with Cisco WIP310-G2 phones.

Installing Open Source SIP Server and Client Integration
it is a free Open Source. For the client, I was thinking of using Jitsi but it doesn't seem to support mobile platforms so Linphone might be an option as well.
I am open for suggestions to team who has done this kind of project before. Please do not proposed a paid, expensive solution as this is just meant for a small company of less than 5 to communicate.

Openx Ad Server Modification
Looking for someone that can modify the Openx ad server interface. Remove some of the functions and add a text editor style data input (similar to wordpress post editor). The text editor will be used to design the ads with text and images. Then the wordpress plugin for openx will call the ad using a shortcode. I encourage questions and suggestions for this project.

Voip-Sip tunnel server with client dialers
