Joomla Website Designer Need to Complete Project

We are seeking a programmer/website developer with experience with the Joomla application and has some background in customizing templates. The current website we have uses the Community Builder Plugin however, we are open to switching to JomSocial. The website is currently accessible but there are corrections that are needed in terms of the use of the Modules, Plugins, etc. to ensure they work properly with the Content Management System/Administrative Control Panel. The website uses flash files that will need to be removed to make the Joomla application work more effectively. Joomla plugins for video and other enhancement would be better then the customized coding that was done on the website. A link to the website will be provided to interested Joomla website developers and a list of changes that are needed. In addition, the website does contain some custom coding that will need to be corrected or removed.
