Job reporting system accessible on web
I need to set up a small system for job reporting that will consider time and cost of workers on different job. The objective is to make a really simple accountability of jobs and an effective reporting accessible by web.
I actually use few excel files linked but I need it to be on line and a more flexible. I made an example for few jobs and few hr. This is just an example, I expect you to understand what I need and to find best solution for my need.
I need you to be an excellent code writer and to be very good in excel too, to deeply understand what I need from my example. But you will not be asked to di anything in excel.
I care only about coding and building up the system. I need only a basic graphic to make the user understand what to do. A FURTHER project will be assigned to complete graphic part. But keep in mind that I’ll ask a graph reporting, simple but effective, on google analytics style.
Further projects for developing more functionalities are really probable. The aim is to set up a simple small ERP.
I attach:
1. a word file with all explanation
2. a zipped folder with example excel file. These files have link and pivot report between them
I want you to read carefully word file and to understand from excel what I need. Please keep in mind the excel is an example. You need to understand what I need and to find more flexible solution (otherwise I keep using excel).
I’m thinking on an hosting linux with a mysql database, php or ajax. If you have better proposal we can discuss. Frontend must be accessible in two languages.
IMPORTANT: database must be exportable in excel file (or text)
IMPORTANT: I’ll be owner of any right on the system, you’ll be ask to put in the code some lines with my name as owner. So don't use joomla or similar.
Milestones payment:
• 25%, job assignment
• 45%, job finished
• 30%, when I performed a complete test on my domain

I have diagrams of what i want, and what features need to be included, however will probably need to work closely with the person to ensure all aspects are covered so that prototype once completed, can be given to a developer and they can put it all together.
