License Key Generator and Validator with admin panel

I want a experienced developer to make me a licensing script as per my requirements.
Basically what the script does is it will generate a key after a user purchases my product from paypal and shows them the key to use it on my other scripts,i'm using wordpress and i want you to make template to manage users,i mean if someone wants to buy my product,they need to make a new account on my site,after they do that,they will get the purchase link,after they buy,they get a key and on the account page on wordpress they need to enter the key to get the product to download,once they enter the key,it will be linked with the account on wordpress,so now they will be able to download,after they download they can install the script,when they start to install,it will ask them to enter the license code they got from our website,so when they enter and click begin installation,it will check the the license code entered on the installation page from our server and validate and take them to another step,what i want is when a user enters our license code,it will collect server details and send it to our admin panel which is ten stored on our db,i want to collect like domain name were our script is beginning installed,ip address..etc. and ofcourse the license,as soon as they do that,it will be recorded on our admin panel,if they try to hack or try with fake license..etc. everything will be recorded,if the key is valid,it will be stored on our admin panel/db and show the domain name,ip and license key,we should have an option to suspend the license,delete the license,edit and add new license,every time our script is installed on a new domain name with same key,it will do the same process,check and validate and then add the domain and ip to our admin panel/db,so on my admin panel,it will have full information about how many licenses are issued,how many users we have,how many are suspended,how many issued today,yesterday,how many tried to hack...etc. and a list of all licenses,when i click on the license key,it will then take me to 2nd page which will have all details of domain names and ips installed in,account linked with license key,date of purchase,date of installation for each domain,last checked,how many wrong attempts,edit option,add option,delete option,suspend single domain/ip option,add to blacklist option,their contact information,like username,email,name...etc. also blacklist option,so i can add domain name/ip address,if i add it will give error if the user tries to install,suspended list,also if you know some more stuffs which can make it more secured,then please do suggest,also to protect the code i have ioncube Cerberus software to encode the scripts.

Php License Key Generator
Maybe the key format would be: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
It doesn't have to be that, just needs to be long. My current one only generates a 6 letter/number combination. But if you had time, you could crack it because its so short.
I attached a php script that generates serials and export to a CVS file. It can be easily modified to save to text file. Needs a few tweaks but that could be a start. You don't have to use it.
Thats it, pretty simple.

Any other technic/protocol/code that could achieve the result we want is most welcome don't hesitate to suggest
