We are looking to create a system that can scrape content & download attachments from a site.
The system will then process the content & attachments.
Once processed the system will then Import the content & attachments into a similar system.
**Site will be disclosed via Private Message**
vBulletin Download System.
We require an experienced vBulletin developer to Build a Download / Upload System, which features that Include:
Upload (Ability to upload single files or mass file archives.)
File Details (The system must extract the filename, filesize, filetype, aswell as alowing us to set Genres, Regions etc.)
File Images (Ability to upload screenshots / images related to that file)
File Tags (tags for search & seo purposes)
Ratings (We would like a rating system so that users can rate from 0 - 10)
Download (The download system must allow us to set many limitations, from access per usergroup, time delays, maxium filesize downloadable per usergroup, maximum downloadable files per usergroup per time period, maximum allocated combined download (filesize) per usergroup per time period.
Comments (Each File should also have a comments / discussion thread created)
Notes:
You must be able to complete both projects, we are not looking for seperate developers.

Migrate Content From One Wordpress Site To Another
Wordpress site for a client, but now we are having trouble moving all of their content from their old site to the new site. We need someone to do this for us. We tried the XML export, but it fails. We have a mysql file, but are unsure how to get that to work. The site has a lot of blog posts and content.
The old site does NOT have Cpanel or phpmyadmin, it uses Cloudsites, so a 3rd party program must be used to download a copy of the database. We have done this already.
