I am looking for somebody to build me a chat room using Ruby on Rails. I have a website that we built using Ruby on Rails and want a chat room that we can intergrate with our current database of members.

It can be a very simple chat room with some admin controls and it would be ideal if we could set up a number of chat rooms if we needed.

The chat MUST have the ability to kick/ban a user by IP with cookie banning as well. I am after pretty much an exact copy of sebsworld chat-a-box with the ability for users just to simply open the page to enter the room with the users last digits of the IP as a username. Mysql would be good for recording transcripts.
