htaccess secure mod-rewrite & SEO redirect
Required skills: Apache, PHP, UNIX
I need some work on my website secure mod-rewrite and search engine friendly 301 redirect , you must be very good , I want everything done right first time , website from start have many issues with URLs , rank very well on search that why I was hesitate to make any changes . website is classified ads in Arabic .
Example
over the years links all inconsistence with underscore (1,2 or none underscores)
http://www.example.com/index.php?location=1&cat=2&subcat=3&ad=4&view=ad
http://www.example.com/location/1__/ads/2__/3_/4_ad_title_here_.html
http://www.example.com/index.php?location=1&cat=2&view=main
http://www.example.com/location/-1__/ads/2__/0_/ (note hyphen before 1 mean it is Country ID not city)

mambo SEO Friendly URLS
We have a website that has been recently migrated to an apache server that is using Mambo CMS. We have attempted to activate SEO friendly URLS without any success.
We have updated the .htaccess file and enabled SEO friendly urls within mambo but this does not work.

I have an old website which I want to replace with a new one. The new one is completed and resides in a sub directory on my host server. I need the new website installed in the root folder. I want my SEO ranking of the old site preserved using redirects. Old site and database are to be backed up and put in a sub folder. Please bid only if you have experience doing this.
