I need a device communication server for OpenGTS, which will be using the Enfora MT-Gi/Gu or MiniMT trackers. They need to use binary so as to reduce the data usage. The server needs to be able to send commands/control outputs via data, not sms, to the tracker through OpenGTS as well as receive GPS data and tracker inputs. It does not have to be Java if you are proficient in another language and can show that it will be just as effective.

I have opengts installed and working with my device. I want to add 2 more device from other manufacturers for which i want to create the device communication server and integrate the communication protocol so that these device work with opengts.
These devices have communication from TRACKER > SERVER and SERVER> TRACKER.
