Rebuild/convert Zen-Cart to a Joomla/VM template with SEO

I’m looking for someone who can help me out with a project.
For this project i need to rebuild/convert an existing Zen-Cart template to a Joomla/Virtuemart template. The Joomla/Virtuemart template. The template must be exactly the same in design.

This is a Zen-Cart template but i need an exact working copy as a joomla/virtuemart template. The design must be exactly the same in colours, logo, menu, banners etc.
SEO will be very important so i’m looking for someone with excellent SEO knowlegde. So you can keep this in mind when building this template...
Other things that are important;
• Joomla 1.5.x compatible
• Tableless design and 100% CSS-based, so all must be done in divs no tables allowed.
• Valid W3C compliant XHTML and CSS coding
• Fast loading template with light-weight pages
• SEO compitable
• Clean coding style
• Use of typography
The CSS and JavaScript out of the main index.php file and include them using external files for loading the main content faster.
There are several ways in which you can generate your page using the template of your Joomla web site. For the template if possible, I prefer the second one.
• In sequential order, which means that the page is built following the guidelines from top to bottom—first the header, then the left side modules followed by the content, and then the right side modules and the footer
• In search engine optimized order, which means that first the content, then the header, followed by the left and right modules, and then the footer
Besides this project i’m also looking for someone who can help me more often on a frequently base. As a SEO Consultant i get a lot of requests for building new websites for my customers. So if you are doing a good job, i can create a lot more work.
I highly prefer someone with good english skills. English is not my native language but i can speak english a lot better than writing english. That’s why i prefer having contact through skype by calling or video chatting

Simple Changes to a Flash template, incl. login form w/mysql
"Enter Site" a login form will come up. Username and Password will need to match an MySQL Database (already existing). Once they entered the correct details they have access to the site.
Inside the site there are just a few changes to make, such as links, texts and pictures.

ZenCart template homepage conversion to CS-Cart template
of the ZenCart template is not available to me so you need to 'rebuild' it for CS-Cart on your own from the example
The secondary pages of CS-Cart can just stay as they are and do not need to be adjusted in form, they just need to be restyled / use the same css as the frontpage.
This is a rush job. The quicker you can deliver the more chance you have on becoming this projects winner.

Adapt a .PSD Design to a Joomla Template
l (we don’t need original code). Just take the most similar existing template and make the proper CSS changes to make it look like the .Psd. We don’t need custom programming, nor custom modules, etc. just the template to look like that. It must look the same in different browsers and screen resolutions.
