This has to be optimized & compatible to all browsers including IE.

lightweight 'simple cart js' - so no databases or anything is needed.

I have uploaded a couple of screenshots of the layout, it is very clean and simple. Note that the logo and navigation on the left, and the black bar at the top will be static - these will stay still whilst the content scrolls.

lean and CSS file(s) should be written with logical and meaningful class names with comment lines.

Pages have to be cross browser compliant. It should work consistently on a minimum of IE (7,8,9), Firefox, Safari,Mobile Safari(iPad), Opera, and Chrome. Should also work on Windows as well as Mac platforms. We will expect the developer to thoroughly test for the same.
