Develop a video driver
Required skills: Linux, Video Services
This project is to develop linux driver on video capture card using GENE-9455 SBC with MP6100 capture card from Commell. This project needs to be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks and if developer cannot deliver it, it needs to refund initial payment of $ 1000 that is made for this project. If developer can deliver this functionality, we pay another $ 2000 as total project cost is $ 3000.
Main functionality of this project is to capture compression video frame(H.264) from capture card, display it locally to LCD. when user select to record video, it needs to store captured video to local usb flash along with any optional text that user enter it on LCD screen using touch panel provided and some fixed text in upper left and upper right corner of LCD screen. Recorded video can be played on any media player available on windows based pc with embedded text recorded as a part of video.

Location of a video in a multimedia database
generated for each small video, is saved into a multimedia database.
After this, in the interface, I am able to select a small video, I generate the hash, and I compare it to what I have stored in my database, and if I find a hash that is somehow similar, then I have a succesfull match.
