Required skills: Graphic Design, HTML, Joomla, PHP, Website Design
The website is already 'designed' (as I understand what 'designed' means) and most of the pages made. I can show you what is there (give you access). The issue is all the pages are rough and need fine tuning, and more pages need to be made.
Total it will have about 200 pages and pop ups--many of the pages/pop ups are layed out the same. It has links to outside sites. It will have youtube videos embedded, google community walks (already made), photo galleries and a payment gateway.
Please bid on this project only if you are:
a Joomla expert and can show a portfolio of Joomla sites
if the person(s) actually doing the work are fluent in English
