The database entries need to be sortable by date, category, month and year on the website. You don't have to create any fancy graphics, but a simple table with two different colors for the rows would be nice.

We have a prospective customer database of 1400 which requires qualified completion of both email address (have 400 already) and contact names. Freelance who takes this project will be scored in feedback on the accuracy of the information supplied which will be tracked via Mail Chimp when completed database is used in our email marketing campaign.

The solution is up and running, and we wish to add some new features as well as fix some minor bugs.
