Convert Joomla website to Wordpress

We are looking for a web developer to assist with migration of an existing website based on Joomla core to a Wordpress 3.x core in PHP/MySQL.
The successful bidder will consult with the team to either develop a new theme or select and customise an existing Wordpress theme. Much of the artwork is able to be supplied by the team in a variety of formats and layouts, however a degree of Photoshop work will be required. The theme selected will give consideration to the following characteristics:
• Two column layout preferred
• Availability of original .psd source files
• Avoid the use of third party browser plugins (eg; Adobe Flash, excluding video content)
• Cross-browser compatibility
• Frontpage slideshow (latest news)
• Total page generation time and output size.
Some PHP/MySQL work will be required to create the frontend and backend widgets/plugins to allow the entry and display of latest game scores and ladders. Pages will also be created to allow the display of team rosters and player bios from a central database with a view toward eliminating the need for individual pages to be edited each time the roster changes. Code is expected to have protection against common intrusion/attack methods (eg; injection, xss) and be commented. Any modifications to the Wordpress core software are to be documented to allow easier core software updates as they become available.
The successful bidder will work under the guidance of an experienced Joomla/Wordpress developer. Anticipated completion time is within a month and a half (design to implementation).

After initially starting a website 5 years ago I started it in Joomla, and after having it upgraded from 1.1 to 1.7 it has been a disaster I want to have this website playorgambleonline.com converted including the blog to wordpress same design everything as much as possible.
