6 Page Music Website Good CSS 5 Design Skills

I would like a professional original looking music website developed. This project requires you have excellent CSS 5 Design skills as I have a script which is COMPLETELY styled with CSS 5 NO IMAGES I need someone who can change this completely and incorporate it in to the 4 page website.
The CSS Styling is for an mp3 player I think it gets the info from a javascript file. So you need to know Javascript. It is linked to a PHP script which has a backend for me to upload tracks. The player must be styled to suite the sites feel.

There needs to be a CMS also so your templating a CMS ie Wordpress
