There is no photoshop or image changing... just trying to get a clean template free of code relating to the previous owner.

It is a very simple html / css work.
But I want it to be nicely built.

The templates will be for a “template chooser” on a CMS.
So the templates need to built so it is built by images so they can easily be changed.
These are the image elements:

Header
Menu
Footer

Use example images when building templates.
