I want to have a website developed which will be kind of a job portal. The service providers and outsourcers should be able to create their accounts, able to sign-in using password, create profile, post and bid on jobs. The job postings should be notified by email/SMS based on pre-defined criteria to freelancers.
Besides the above main function of site, there would be linked forums where members can discuss issues.
The webmaster should have the ability to restrict member access to some features, should be able to control the functioning of the site with a Back Office or Admin Panel.
