Fix error code in CRE Loaded

Looking for someone to fix error on CRELoaed cart.
I installed AlgoZone template with some JS(slider images) on homepage and it worked fine until now. I modified some info in Header Tag Module built into creloaded cart (not sure if these things are related). Now I'm getting "XML data not found..." where slider images suppose to be.
Need experienced PHP programmer to find the issue and fix it. Must be done ASAP.

UPS XML 10002 Time in Transit Error (CRE Loaded/OsCommerce)
