Repair Barclays EPDQ module

We have a small problem with a barclays ecommerce moduel for a site we are building, basically when it attempts to process a card transaction it is returning the error;
There was an error processing your order.
Reason: Failed to add user info
not sure why but we need to fix it asap
Our test server is http://becera.pcguys.eu you must be a member to see the store.
we are using the VM ePDQ (Barclay Card) Payment Gateway
from OSDCS - Payment Gateways
we would just like to see if somebody can solve it as there live support is not online for several hours and if it does not cost to much we would preffer not to wait

Automated payment system - Barclays EPDQ

However, there needs to be a means of having the payment process being automated, instead of manually having to go through from the website backend to the EPDQ account site to finish off the order process.
I would hope that this very specific project would not take more than 2 days to complete.
If you an provide examples of automated payment systems you have completed, that would be very much appreciated.

Install Barclays EPDQ Payment Gateway CRE 6.2
I require the installation of the Barclays EPDQ payment gateway on CRE Loaded 6.2. We would be completing this task ourselves but we are overwelmed with work. We know the scale and depth of this project. Thank you.

Barclays EPDQ CPI Info:
This one is a little harder to install. Using both OSC versions supplied one would divert customer to blank page (checkout_processing) other would work but duplicate orders and not be entirely 100%.

d all I need now is for someone to write a script to encrypt the data. Barclays have provided a sample script with all the code required and a guide but I require someone to install it and have everything working for me.

Epdq problem for ASP shopping cart
shows an error when it redirects to the barclays epdq site: https://secure2.epdq.co.uk/cgi-bin/CcxBarclaysEpdq.e
