Need Banner, graphics Photoshop work  

Easy photoshop work. See attached images. In logo.jpg I want to remove the furniture (and waves) and replace with the second image (in 2.zip).
The only point is that a bit of second image will come on top of the brown bar with a bit of shade if possible.
You can resize and adjust the second image but no the logo.jpg because it is a fixed banner.
