I would like to promote 2 different CPA offers I am looking for a person to create 2 banners one for each offer
728x90 here is the catch obviously you know there are banner creatives already made for most CPA offers what I am looking for is for someone to take the CPA offers that I send to them and the url offers page browse around the page and create a banner to GRAB a PERSONS attention must be very creative payment will be half upfront and half upon completion.
My approval must be made before final payment is sent and banners must be eyepopping!!!!! and ATTENTION GRABBING (not the typical banners) I need one that says hey I need to click on you....

*Can you please remove the green background & trees? I’d like to see the image with only blue behind the homes. I envision the homes still sitting on lush green lawns.
