Facebook Photo Contest Application Needed
Required skills: Facebook, HTML, Javascript, PHP, Social Networking
I am in need of an individual to develop the application code for a Facebook photo contest application. The application must include the ability for contestants to register, upload their photos, vote for their friends, comment on pictures, and post on a discussion board. I am looking to fill this position as soon as possible. Please submit salary requirements (this is a one time project) as well as samples of past work.

New feature For Facebook Photo Contest App
n to which I would like to add a ranking page. Contestants submit their photo and ask their friends to vote.
The ranking page should grab all contestants from the database and show the top 10 ones with the most votes.
This should be really really simple and quick so bid accordingly :)
