Website Database Expert in MySQl for Admin panel work/change

NEED A MYSQL AND PHP ADMIN EXPERT TO MAKE CHANGES TO EXISTING ADMIN PANEL

Edit data screen, ALL FIELDS DO NOT SHOW. WE WANT THEM TO ON 1 OR 2 LINES
NEED IT TO BE USER FRIENDLY. AND MORE OPTIONS TO SEARCH. I WILL GIVE U THOSE SAMPLES WE NEED AT BOTTOM OF ALL THIS.
ADD A RECORD SCREEN HERE
1. Go to TTM Data
2. In edit, we want to see entire fields for each record. If it takes 2 lines or 3 lines. Alternate colors
So we can see each record easier.
3. All fields need to be able to be sorted a-z or z-a
4. We want saved quieries for our data, I will tell you which one to make and save
5. We need to export the quieries
6. We need to import info easily into site.
7. We have 2 options now: edit TTM data or Add TTM data
8. In edit, make record so that we can see all fields, move fields higher to right etc so that it takes up less space and we can see all fields easier.
9. In add data, we need to be able to search for a record to see if there already and if not add it.
QUIERIES NEEDED HERE
1. Need the Field name (Organization Type: = Church) and FIELD NAME: STATE=FLORIDA or FL and FIELD NAME=fax (Have fax or fields that are not empty or is not null ) and field =CAN FAX = YES)
This quiery gives me all the churches in state of florida that have a fax and want to receive faxes from us.
2. We want same as above, but instead of just florida, we also want the COUNTY field as well
And this will give us the same as bove, but break it down into the different counties in the state of FLORIDA that want to receive faxes.
3. We want this same thing for emails as well.
4. We want other quieries as well, but this will give you an idea of what we want and we can add more after these.
