all the information in this form is passed to PayPal for both payment and informational use.

It also needs to be able to adjust prices based on a specified % or $ amount. (e.g. Someone order 50 clicks to their website, and wants to Geo-Target the USA so the system will automatically add an extra 15% of the original order price.)

I have a website already built but the payments page goes to a branded paypal page. I am looking to get a custom paypal page built so people can pay through paypal without the page looking like paypal. It needs to look like the website they are already on.

I want instructions, so later I can do it myself. It should be pretty simple, perhaps with Java Script, but I can't figure it out by search engine.

That is basically it, because the site is a drupal site it would help if you understand drupal and paypal and how they can work together.

1) Client enters information
2) Client uploads 1 song and 1 image
3) Client selects a package (2 options)
4) Client clicks a button to submit and pay via paypal.
The client information is sent to our web server, and the song and image is sent to an email address.

We only want to accept legal questions from end users in Michigan. In other words, if the end user is from a state other than Michigan, we do not want that end user to be able to complete the payment process.
Please only bid on this project if you know how to complete the project within the WordPress environment.

If possible I would like a custom paypal payment page so that my customers have an option to pay by credit card or paypal. If customer selects credit card I would like the custom page to charge there credit card without going to paypal site and without them knowing we are using paypal to process payment. if they chose paypal they will be taken to paypal site and can use there account to pay

he payment via paypal is done (tested on paypal sandbox) but then a 404 error is presented as the confirmation page, as a result no money is transferred or details logged into the wordpress plugin side, that's the bad news. the good news is that it use to work so it's all there.
I'm looking for an experienced programmer who knows what his doing, so please if you don't have past experience with similar works then this is not for you.
