Creation of a Liferay 5.2.3 theme from visual mockup

Task: Creation of a Liferay 5.2.3 theme from visual mockup for existing site.
I have a design specified as "wireframe mockup pages" that I would like implemented as a 5.2.3 Liferay theme. For someone familiar with Liferay portals themes, I think this job should not take more than a day or two to finish.
The theme must work for (at least) the following Liferay portlet types...
Web Content, Asset Publisher, Forum, Wiki, Image Gallery, Document Library, Control Panel
...and in the following web browsers:
Full support for >= IE7, >= Firefox 3.5, >= Safari 4, Chrome
We provide:
* page layout will be delivered as war file (Liferay plugin)
* design as wireframes
* logos and font names
* a dummy homepage sample image
We expect you will need to:
* develop Liferay theme using your own setup
* follow Liferay conventions
* http://www.liferay.com/community/wiki/-/wiki/Main/Conventional+names
* http://www.liferay.com/community/wiki/-/wiki/Main/Themes+v4.3-v5.2.x
* deliver the theme packaged as a war file that is ready to be deployed in Liferay
* deliver a list of files which are changed/added compared to the default theme, ideally this is one file only: custom.css

The site will be attached to JAM (Jrox) affiliate software. The affiliate software needs to be designed in the same colors/layout and feel of the sales page.
Once this part is done I will post a second project for the members area.
