I need help with lighitng, rendering and camera path in a 3D Max Model

gineering animation project. The output that I require is a 3D model and an animation video created from the model.
The freelancer will need to be able to understand little engineering details. Please show some samples of your 3D animation work.
Estimated project fee will be around $ 50. Please do not quote if you dont have samples.

I want my .jpg image created into a full 3d format of 3D max. It's likeness has to be identical to the jpeg. So you must know this stuff already. This is not for practice. Urgent project. I know there are plenty of programmers here that can do this already.
