i have a flash website that i need completed, as my original designer/coder quit on me. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS SITE IS IN FLASH/XML SO PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU ARE 100% THAT YOU CAN DO THIS PROJECT SUCCESSFULLY AND HAVE DONE SIMILAR PROJECTS BEFORE.
THIS WEBSITE NEEDS:
-a fully functional and customizable/manageable shopping cart system for our products. We will also need our paypal account hooked up to this shopping cart so people can buy products instantly online using paypal. the shopping cart/paypal system integration MUST WORK WITH A FLASH WEBSITE. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY INSTALLED AND USED A SHOPPING CART/PAYPAL SYSTEM ON A FLASH WEBSITE BEFORE.
-a ConstantContact.com lead capture form integrated
-a friend referral system so that users can refer other people to the website
-to be able to post/add/edit/delete property listings (headline, image, text) as we want on a specific page
-Within the main black box that you can scroll down, we want to insert a box within that that constantly shows changing before/after pictures
-and a few other basic things (image changes, sub page additions, content changes, etc.).

Need To Finish Api From Freightquote.com For Interspire Cart
containing product and pickup and delivery information and returns several shipping options and pricing. we have ups already installed on our site as well as another shipping module that both contain all the information that needs to be sent.
The modules are in php and use curl. We have templates already completed for the data input. just need someone to complete the XML creation. Attached is the freightquote api documentation.
