Need someone who can create forum accounts quickly and add some profile data such as forum signature with backlinks.
I don't need you to post on the forums only to create an account, verify and activate the account and add a signature with a specific link and anchor text.
I will provide the forum list but I also expect some new forum ideas to come from you.
This project is very simple, but I do need someone familiar with forum account registration and signature creation from a SEO perspective. The forum profile will be in English.
Also keep in mind some of these forums are none English (Chinese, Taiwanese, Indian etc.) so you need to be able to work with the Google toolbar translation tool to make the forum registration page understandable for you.

It needs to create EACH account from a different IP address.
I need to be able to just browse to a txt file (or similar) that has a list of proxies, and have it use each once.
List could look like this -
proxy1,username,password
The proxy servers are username/password protected.
