URGENT: Project management for a book project (long-term)

This project is for administrative support for a book project. This bid is for initial work. It would then be continued on an ongoing basis if the results are exceptional.
I’ve make a commitment to produce a book over the next 8 months and need to clarify my argument, increase my output, and improve the quality of my writing quickly.
I want to put in place structures to hold myself accountable to my time-line. The primary work would be to respond when I submit work on time and follow up if I don't. I would ideally feel personally accountable to the consultant, and also seek to avoid the fees associated with paying someone to follow up with me.
In addition to responding briefly to work to keep me on track, it would be great to get help with preliminary drafting of small sections from an outline, constructing an argument when I am stuck, and possibly some support going through the publishing process as it is my first time. This is not necessary however and would depend on the particular working relationship.
The project is in its very early stages. The main thrust of the work is academic, but the book will be fairly accessible.
It is a limited time commitment and the work is very predictable, but it requires exceptional time management skills, the capacity to motivate, a good grasp of English including ideally writing and research skills.
