The purpose of this gadget is to transmit news and information related to our company to the users who have this gadget installed on their computers (Windows-based only).

Im needing a custom windows vista (windows sidebar) gadget. I will need it to call on a .png picture that is stored on a webserver. This png will need to be updated by the gadget every 15 seconds or so. I will also want a thin border to hide any edges and will need the actual gadget to be around width: 130px; height: 71px; the actualy image that will be displyed is larger so i would like to be able to click somewhere on the gadget and have the whole image come out to the left side.
