We have a project developed in PHP and we want it to be hosted on our Windows Server 2003 on which IIS 6.0 runs. As well as our PHP project uses MS SQL Server as back end.

NOTE: I have identified the "most likely" technologies for this project (ASP/VB or ColdFusion, MySQL or MS SQL Server) but I am flexible on which technologies I will consider. Please read the PDF document for more explanation.

what is expected to happen with the ASP.Net form.

I will give you my project (created with ASP.Net in Visual Studio 2010, using .Net Framework 4.0), I will give you my database which is in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 (Express or Enterprise will work fine). I will need to test the project in my environment to make sure it works before considering the job complete.

Need to migrate sql server DB to Mysql DB.

We have a 40Mb SQL database .bak file. We need it converted and migrated into a MySQL Database. We can provide access to the target database and would like to have someone simply recreate this database in MySQL from this .bak file with all the data. About 500 entries, not sure how many columns, tables, etc. but we can provide the .bak file if you need to look at this first.
