Poker Staking-Script and Integration in VBulletin-Forum

Basically I want you to go to www.PartTimePoker.com and get familiar with it if you can make something inspired to their staking in the forum I would like you to make one for me but with a few tweaks. Thanks!
What special things PartTimePoker does:
- They allow the user to make an extra "Stake and % field" when they make a thread in the "Make a Stake" section of the forum.
- The other users can apply to this stake and there is a button (only visible to the thread creator) that allows the thread creator to stake the applicant.
- The applicant and staker both get a message on the top of the page in a box that say "You have one or more notifications in "my Stakes".
- Once in my stakes all stakes (the ones you applied for and were selected on top and the ones you staked out on bottom) are visible and have links. There is a link to the thread where the stake was made AS WELL AS options to show previous stakes. Also, there is a link next to the thread link that has created another thread in "Stakers Rail" this is called Rail and it automatically makes a thread for any applicant once they are selected (so they can edit the first post).
- Then there is a certain amount of time to complete the stakes, and you must click "report your winnings" (this is in my stakes) and type in the monetary amount that is left after the stake is completed.
- The staker is then notified you submitted your winnings and to verify the applicant isn't lying. It shows "Your stakeback =" "Your cut= " (the %) and "Their cut=". It is all calculated mathematically.
- Then if the staker verifies the correctness of the winnings, the applicant gets a notification in his stakes to "Ship winnings" (send money via poker client - only the stakers cut + stake back) back to the staker
- The staker must verify in my stakes that the money has been received. The staker is then credited with Staker Points (it is the amount of money he/she sent to the applicant in the first place)
- By doing that the applicant gets an update to his "my stakes" and it tells him to send a % (constant for total website) of his total winnings to one of three poker client names and by doing this he/she is credited with Player Points - which make it easier to get staked. (The player points added is equal to the applicants cut before shipping the % to the website).

We need a section of the forum with specific coding. Each thread will be automatically locked on posting until manually unlocked by an admin.
When a member starts a new thread in the BaP section the standard text box should appear but at the bottom we need extra options

At the top of each thread a table is required to display the following (taken from the OP):-
starting BaP amount
number of shares
number of shares sold
starting share price
backers cut %
profit per share
number of unsold shares
there should be a section with a table for investors names and the number of shares they have bought, % profit share, current value, status (a drop down box with reserved, paid, shipped) the default is reserved.
each reply to this thread should have a sell button on the original poster's screen(if no poker site usernames are in their profile then no button). When the OP clicks sell then a box appears for the number of shares to sell that person. At that point the username of the buyer should appear in the table along with the number of shares sold to them, value etc. (a delete this investor button would be helpful (with an "are you sure?" idiot control)
when unsold shares = zero the thread title should change to have sold out added to it and also an automatic creation of a thread in the bap rails section (thread should be titled ("usernames"'s rail for "original bap title")
Staking section
When clicking new Thread the standard Vbulletin posting box will come up but also have the following options with tick boxes
Sit&Go
Multi-Table
Cash Game
Stakeback
down the left hand side.
Underneath the above will be field preceded with a $ sign into which an amount can be entered (Field A) and underneath that will be a field into which a percentage can be entered ie xxx% (Field B) and underneath that a field called site fees and the figure 4% editable only by Admin in the Admin user panel (field C)
All subsequent posts to have an "Accept Player" button in the bottom left hand side which when clicked sends a private message to that poster saying "You have been accepted for a stake by "op" please click on the confirm button to accept this stake" with a confirm button at the bottom and also generate a unique sequential id number which should be recorded in a database.
Once the confirm button has been clicked a pm will be sent to the op stating " You owe "poster" $ XX as per this stake" and a link to the original thread and also a record will be shown in the posters profile along with a button " close stake".
After the stake is finished the player will click "Close Stake" and a separate field should be generated to enter an amount (Field D) with the message "Please enter the total stake bankroll including the original stake amount"
Each time the accept player button is clicked it should edit the original post with a table which shows each stake in a separate line in a table with the headers
Player Amount Time and Date Closing Amount
It should also generate a new blank post in a section which will be called Rails with the title ""Posters" $ (field A) stake for OP"
Calculations
If stake back is ticked
(D-A)-C = X/B =Y
$ 100-$ 20(stakeback)= $ 80-$ 3.20(sites 4%)= $ 76.80 - $ 38.40 =$ 38.40
So a message would show that " You owe (C) to the site, and (Y+A) to your staker, once these amounts have been paid your player points will be credited to your account"
If stakeback is not ticked
D-C=X/B=Y

If D is less than A then the message should read
" You owe D to your staker"
We need a pie chart in every members profile showing results of stakes
