need router firmware hacked/patched/reverse engineered

My ISP forces me to view their landing page before accessing websites. They claim this is part of their firmware that cannot be changed. There is generic firmware available from the vendor, but the vendor is not sure if it will work with the ISP. I do not know how to retrieve a backup of my current firmware before trying other versions.
If possible, I would like someone to modify the firmware so that it disables their "website hijacking" as it interferes with my devices and applications. I am using a ZyXEL 1-port wifi router.
It would be even better if you teach me how to do it myself!

My company has a phone that needs to be scaled the right way based off a 3.7 inch display and our current pictures...Also has a hinge that slides out spins and bends that needs to be designed and engineered to scale based on the movement animation we will supply.Pretty basic phone just need it remodeled and engineered so it can be prototyped by a rapid-protyping company...if succesful will have other jobs follow...
