This is a continuous work: it is intended to least about 6 months or even more.
The winner will be given every 1-2 weeks an easy web service to be written in Java or Grails as he prefers.
Every service has generally from 50 to 200 lines of code, the logic is already developed and there are professionally developed UML descriptions step by step and detailed domain diagrams from architect staff.
The code should be tested with SOAP UI.
The price proposal you send is intended for each service you develop.
