Web Template and Logo
area if expertise is in web development (HTML, CSS and PHP), I do not need the template to be converted to web format. I will ask for the PSD file and Illustrator (preferable) file of the logo. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT I HAVE FULL RIGHTS OVER THE LOGO AND WEB DESIGN!

The font of EOA MEDIA should be easy and have very few colors (1-3 best, since it will become more expensive for printing flyers etc. the more colors you have and also it might become overloaded).
We would also like some sort of swing or swirl around it, but we are not sure of that yet.
