Joomla Easily Customizable Website Templates for Lawyers

I need to re-vamp my website to look much more slick and to include a blog and newsletter capacity. I also need a freelancer for an ongoing relationship for website installation for my clients. In specific this is what I need:
A. A new (more professional) homepage design for my website. The point is to make the website look as slick and professional, innovative, and high-tech as possible. I am open to all of your creative suggestions to achieve that goal. I would like four buttons on the page linking to four different pages on the site and three buttons linking to my social media accounts. I also want a button up top for people to schedule a free consultation and a revolving application at the bottom of the homepage showcasing new events I include.
B. Transfer my Wordpress website to joomla, include blog and newsletter application capabilities.
C. I want to sell a "do it yourself website product" to lawyers through my website. Basically the lawyer would be able to download one of three website templates to be installed for joomla (you will provide the customizable website templates as part of this project). The lawyers would fill in the information they want to include such as a logo and photos of themselves, information, etc, and choose the background color, amount of columns, and flash applications for the homepage.
** The websites must be for joomla interface, must look slick because they are for law firms, and must include a flash (rotating) plugin/application in the homepage, and blog and newsletter applications so the lawyers can make their own newsletters and update their own blogs.
D. Phone or video skype consultation with me to show me how to use the joomla interface including how to upload images, edit pages, add new posts, and all the basics the lawyer would need in order to update their websites, blogs, and newsletters.
I am looking for a freelancer to have a continued relationship with for uploading of each of the new websites onto the joomla server so please let me know the price for your uploading each site too via pm.
Timing: This project needs to be completed within the next two weeks. Remember, the most important thing is for the website templates to be slick and professional looking. The Webpages must be easy to update and customize and that lawyers would like.
