Create Small Website From Template and Existing Material

I have a website template which I have started work on but have run out of enthusiasm. My site is temporarily hosted at www.dcbrown.co.uk but will eventually replace my existing site at seo-spyglass.com. You can use the content from seo-spyglass.com and another site of mine at seo-powersuite.com. This site will focus on one element of the SEO Powersuite set of tools, the element being SEO Spyglass.
My existing site at seo-spyglass,com is too simplistic and my new template is fine in my opinion, it just needs finishing. I need each page of relevant seo spyglass content re-creating on my template including the video from www.seo-powersuite.com/seo-spyglass.html. The template includes a 4:3 video plug-in.
The template needs to be turned into a site which must be w3c compliant and be seo-friendly but not optimised as I will do this.

Website Design Template
We are looking for a web designer to create a website from a purchased template. Please see attached screenshot. Thumbnails on the homepage display a simple work portfolio. Client is Australian distributor for UK product. They own rights to .com.au domain and require an Australian replica of the UK website. Will need to be customised from template to look identical with minor adjustments.
Will use OsCommerce or Zen Cart template.
This site needs to be live in two weeks.

I Want a simple website create from template. I know its easy, but sometimes there just isn't time to do the little things.
