Wordpress template expert
Required skills: CSS, HTML, Photoshop, PSD to HTML, Wordpress
For on going projects (there are some open projects now) we need wordpress template expert.
1. PSD - WP
You should be able to take a PSD file
and transform it into WP (html + css)
you should be able to do a RTL themes (most of the sites are in Hebrew. experience in that lang - big advantage)
support IE7,8, FF, Chrome
W3c standards
2. LTR - RTL
translate "left to right" templates into "right to left".
you should be able to edit the css and change it so it would support Hebrew and other rtl lang
you should be able to flip pics if needed.
Please add RTL WP template that u did.

Must be an experienced WP developer, and provide a fair bid. Also, must have some form of online messenger for communication.
