I need a new site designed for a document sharing website. The site allows the user to share PDFs, Word Documents, etc, with other people.
The site is currently extremely basic and features an extremely minimalist layout. I would like a more colorful, web2.0-ish, site designed for it.
The website has several forms which I want to be redesigned along with the layout of the page.

I know it will go to whatever clearinghouse that the payment will have to go through but I want this process seamless to visitors. I have limited photos that could be static and dynamic (or changes) on various visits. I chose ASP as Job Type because I have to chose at least one but I have no personal preference.
