Need to convert a HTML website to Joomla, must look almost identical to the existing website. There are less than 10 pages and all content is already done. I can supply all graphics and and the template converted, along with anything else that is needed. There are two submittal forms that need to be made functional.
Can the site (basic flash, etc.) be made into a template to look exactly the way it was but now in the Joomla enviroment? Here's the link to the template [Removed by admin]

ebsite with javascripts to Joomla, must look identical to the existing website. There are 15 pages but with very little content. I can supply all graphics and html pages to be converted, along with anything else that is needed. There is one form submittal that is fully functional and in place with cgi scripts on the server already.

Also the feedback form is important to have, as well as the "my account" login (which we have already inserted in the JSN_Epic template - the one we most likely will be end up using - unless you have a better proposal).
I like the drop-down menu from www.voip.com.sg (smooth scrolling and semi transparent) - I'd like that as well incorporated in my site.
